Kindergarten Graduation- Dr. Seuss "Oh the Places You'll Go"

I wanted to do something really creative that my son would remember. What was more suitable than a Dr. Seuss Graduation Party.

The lunch Menu consisted of:

• Thing 1 Thing 2 BBQ (BBQ sandwiches)
• Yot in a pot (baked Beans)
• Brown Bar-ba-loots Truffula Fruits (Friut kabob trees)
• Valley of Vung's Chocolate Rocks (brownie bites with choc. frosting)
• Green Eggs (deviled eggs dyed green)
• Moose Juice Goose Juice (Tea)
• Pink Ink Yink Drink (pink lemonade)

Decorations:

• Dr. Seuss Books
• Dr. Seuss Quotes (from the books above each food item)
• I made labels for the silverware
• I made Dr. Seuss labels for Swirl suckers (which ended up being put on Bubble Tape gum)
• I found fish whistles at the Dollar tree that I scattered on the food table
• I had a book signing for him "words of advise"
• I made Truffla Tree pens for the book signing
• I also had guests guess how many m&m's are in the jar to win the jar

Because it was in late May, my son wanted a slip n slide party.... I also had a small pool for the little kids.
